Chris Crystal, Broker

It started with an MBA in Marketing and was followed by years as a leader in the local business community, including a stint as an adjunct Professor of Business at the University of Miami. Chris earned his real estate license in 1987, his Broker’s license in 1992 and became the Broker/Owner of Miami Real Estate Co. in 1993. For over 20 years, Chris served on the Professional Standards committee for the Miami Association of Realtors, their body that serves as judges for ethics violations and commission disputes. Chris is also a member of the Master Broker’s Forum, representative of the top agents and Brokers in Miami-Dade County.

Irwin Rubin, Partner

A partner in the company from its' inception, Irwin's serves as the company's Director of Commercial Real Estate Sales & Leasing. Irwin has worked with several local developers and has sold or leased properties to Baptist Health, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, Best Buy, Walgreens, Bank of America and several other national and local concerns.

Berk Boge, Director of Sales

For over 21 years, Berk has been selling, leasing, and consulting real estate in Coconut Grove and South Florida. Berks has extensive knowledge of zoning, developments, and property values and is also a member of the Master Broker's Forum. Known for his integrity and professionalism, Berks always delivers exceptional results.
